You can set up on September 10th 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. or on September 11th from 7:30 a.m. to 13:30 a.m. at the latest. Please finish your exhibitions on September 12 by 4:30 p.m. Below we present the arrangement of the tables.

We would like to remind you about the possibility of displaying a short promotional film on big screens in the venues of the Conference. Please send your materials to sekretariat.bm@cm-uj.krakow.pl by the end of August at the latest.
Representatives of companies – regardless of the sponsorship agreements concluded with the conference organizer – must register via the application form for their participation.
